Meet Andrea S. Keogh
Andrea has 35 years of experience in the art business in London and New York. A graduate of Trinity College, CT she attended the Cooper-Hewitt / Parsons MA program in the History of Decorative Arts & Design and has participated in Attingham Study Programs. Her career includes stints with Sotheby’s, Citibank’s Art Advisory Service, and with well-known dealers John Driscoll, Chris Beetles, Michael Altman and Howard Godel.
In the late 1990s and early 2000s Andrea ran a gallery in a Beaux-Arts townhouse at 24 East 73rd Street, just off of Madison Avenue in Manhattan. After many years as a private dealer she opened Andrea S. Keogh Art & Design, a retail gallery on Litchfield, Connecticut’s historic green, in 2014. In spring 2018 the business relocated to its’ current location in Newport, RI. Over her long career she has sold to many private collectors and numerous museums including The Currier Gallery of Art, NH; Georgia Museum of Art, Athens, GA; Greenville County Museum of Art, Greenville, SC; Harvard University Art Museums, Cambridge, MA; Museum of Fine Art, Boston; National Museum of Wildlife Art, Jackson Hole, WY; the Salvador Dali Museum, Cadaques, Spain and Worcester Art Museum, Worcester, MA.
Aside from her passion for Fine Art, Keogh has a long-standing interest in Architecture and Interiors and has renovated a number of historic homes. She lives in Jamestown, RI with her husband Bill, and their dogs Rupert and Heidi. They have two daughters — Isabel lives and works in Austin, TX, and Corinne, a college student.

Prices for jewelry are inclusive of shipping and insurance within the USA.
Packing and fine art shipping and transit insurance in the continental USA is included in the price of art. Buyers outside the continental USA will have to pay an additional fee. The same applies to international purchasers of jewelry.
Sales Tax Information
There is no sales tax on original artwork acquired in Rhode Island because of the gallery’s Rhode Island Artistic Exemption certificate.
There is 7% sales tax on all jewelry purchased by persons living in Rhode Island or if jewelry is purchased and picked up by the purchaser at our Newport gallery. Jewelry shipped out of state is exempt from RI sales tax.
Andrea S. Keogh Art & Design hopes you are delighted with your art acquisition. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you will have seven (7) calendar days from receipt of your artwork to contact us and initiate the return process. ALL RETURNS MUST be initiated through our gallery to receive any refund. ALL RETURNS MUST BE IN ORIGINAL CONDITION and packaged and shipped by an insured fine art shipper. All fees associated with any returns shall be borne by the returner, excepting fine art transit insurance which is carried by us. Upon successful receipt of the returned artwork, we will issue a refund in the amount of the purchase price minus a three percent (3%) processing fee. ALL JEWELRY RETURNS must be returned within seven (7) calendar days from date of receipt and MUST be in original condition. All returns must be shipped WITH United Postal Service (UPS), signature required, with tracking information and insured for the full value of item(s) returned.
